How does it work?
Private 1 on 1 Session
Privacy at your own home, going at your own pace.
Online 1 or 2 Hour Sessions

Zoom Conferencing
You can either download the Zoom app and install yourself personally, or use available link when you get the email for your booked session. The link will ask if you have a zoom account, and if you don't, it will install it for you automatically.
A camera isn't required but is helpful, the platform can be used like a phone call for those who prefer it.

Book in advance with Acuity
Acuity is the calendar system we use for booking sessions in advance of up to 14 days before the scheduled event.
Hyssop is located in Melbourne Australia, and therefore coaching sessions are based on that particular time zone (AEDT/AEST). Thankfully Acuity scheduling will ask where you live and match your time zone, and adjust Hyssop's time zone to yours. It's automatically done for you, perfect for international clients, and Australian's living in other states of Australia.

What does coaching look like?

Coaching sessions look like a counseling session online, were you bring up your spiritual problems or concerns, and I will go over what the possible underlying issues could be.
We will pray to God for more understanding when needed, and work on closing any open doors we find, through repentance.
In most cases Inner Healing via Part's Work is required for further freedom.
If you are interested, I will go over what that is, and show you how it will help us find the open doors, that are causing you to feel stuck in your freedom.
If deliverance is needed, it will be cast out as we find the deception causing the original sin agreements, along the way.
We will go at a pace your dissociated part's are able to handle, with God leading the way in revealing your memories and wounds helping us heal them as we go.

Our Coaches are not qualified psychiatrists, psychologists, or counselors. We are just believers in Yeshua [Jesus], with a calling from God. Equipped and trained in the Ministry of Deliverance & Inner Healing, to intercede, through prayer, for people experiencing tough spiritual problems, and warfare.
Yeshua [Jesus] is the great deliver and healer, therefore we don't depend on my own skills, but on Gods truth, understanding, knowledge and wisdom, to help his people, suffering and in need.

How do I set up zoom?
Zoom is a user friendly platform, you just need to follow the download instructions, and load the Zoom link you received from the email, just before the session begins. If using a computer/laptop you might need to setup, test or turn on, your speakers, microphone and camera for event. On a smart phone device, Zoom should automatically use systems features available. What if I need to cancel my session?
Rescheduling and cancellations are available through Acuity, via the email you received confirming your original session.
Please ensure any cancellations are made 24 hours before the booked coaching session time, or Acuity will lock in your session time for attendance. Email us in emergency situations during lockout period of 24 hours, so we can look into other possible solutions.
For those requiring a refund after a cancellation, the process isn't instant. How long can depend on your payment method or bank, and their personal refund system. Many banks in Australia, take up to 48 hours to process a refund.

Do I have to be on camera?
Zoom gives you the option to turn on or off your camera. It can be used just as a audio conferencing platform like a phone call. Can I book regular sessions?
Acuity scheduling has the ability to book reoccurring sessions. Just select a week day, and time, and select reoccurring to pre-book it weekly. Acuity will book you in for that day each week, as long as sessions are available in future weeks ahead of time on calendar. To lock sessions in, you will have to pay in advance.

Can I book a session for a family member or friend?
In order for freedom to occur the person looking for prayer needs to be in agreement, especially when it comes to repenting and renouncing. Just getting them to attend a session and say the prayers, then go back to regular life, doesn't bring true, or lastly freedom. The person needs to make a personal choice to change their life style, and be sincere to receive and maintain freedom, or seven other spirits more wicked than the first will return, when they reopen that sin door. Making them worse than when they started. Matt 12:45
Therefore only yes, if they are willing to start a journey with Yeshua [Jesus], and be willing to personally maintain it, via reading the word [bible], learning to pray, and following Gods commandments.

Can I book a session for my child?
Sadly no, I currently don't have a working with children certification/license.
Therefore all clients must be over the age of 18 years old in older to attend a coaching session. Although if you have children going through spiritual attacks, I can pray with the parent/guardian in a session on behalf of the child.

Everything covered in a session won't be repeated or published publicly if requested by the client. Although we can use parts of this information for staff training purposes, such as letting other coaches know what did or didn't work in encounters. In order to find better workable solutions for our coaches who encounter clients in similar situations.
In circumstances where permission is given, clients testimonies could be discussed via using an alias name, (fake name) or we will use the "client," or "he/she." I'm not a believer, but need help, can I still book a session?
All deliverance and healing comes from God (Yehovah) his Holy Spirit by believing and accepting his son our Messiah Yeshua (Jesus), and choosing to serve him the Father Yehovah, instead of any other gods. Freedom doesn't come from a coach, we are just one of God's servants, trying to cleanse his body (the church) for ministry in his kingdom.
If you want to be born again and receive the Holy Spirit into your heart by accepting Yeshua (Jesus) as your Lord, and the Father (Yehovah) as your God, then I am happy to do the "New Believers Prayer" with you to start your journey to freedom through salvation. But you must make this choice in order for real results to occur, no amount of counselling or therapy will deliver you from spiritual bondage, only repentance can, through faith in Yeshua (Jesus).
